The Officers of the Diocesan Council are housed within the Diocesan Office and form an integral part of the governance and administrative framework of the Diocese.

Working in close coordination with the Bishop and the various departments, the Council Officers contribute to the orderly administration of the Diocese and the implementation of its vision and ministry priorities.

Rev. V. Rajamansingh serves as Clerical Secretary, Mr. R. Gnana Susikaran is the Lay Secretary and Rev. V. D. Sakaria Kirubakaran serves as the honorary Treasurer.

The Council’s leadership brings together spiritual commitment, administrative responsibility and lay participation, strengthening the collective stewardship of the Church and its ministry.
