The Chaplain to the Bishop, Rev. Y. Joshva, supports the Bishop’s ministry by attending to its spiritual and pastoral dimensions, including prayer, pastoral accompaniment and related responsibilities.

A presbyter with degrees in Theology, Social Work and Counselling, he has served three pastorates of the Diocese. He came to St. Luke's Church, Tiruchirappalli, as the Bishop's Chaplain and Assistant Presbyter in 2026.
