1. Revival of Forgotten Villages - Identified forgotten villages and re-established regular worship services. - Visited families, shared the Gospel, and encouraged former believers to return to church. - Renovated neglected churches and revived congregational fellowship. 2. Welcoming New Believers - Welcomed newly converted believers into the Christian community. - Provided spiritual guidance and prepared them for Holy Baptism. - Enrolled eligible believers as church members and encouraged their active participation in worship and church activities.

1. Monthly Missionary Fundraising - Mobilised and raised funds every month to support the missionary activities and evangelistic ministries of the Diocese. 2. Publication of the Prayer Letter (ஜெபமலர்) - Published the first edition of the Prayer Letter (ஜெபமலர்) booklet in 2013. By God’s grace, this initiative has continued uninterrupted to the present day, strengthening the prayer life and missionary commitment of the Diocese.

Restoration of Churches - By God’s grace and mercy, despite numerous challenges and hardships, renovated and restored the severely dilapidated Karumalai Immanuel Church and Akkamalai St. Paul’s Church, enabling worship services to resume. 2. Unity Among Churches - United the churches within the pastorate, fostering cooperation and coordination in worship services and strengthening the spiritual growth and fellowship of the congregations.

1. Revival of Churches: Renovated the churches at Eragampatti and Kanikkampatti, where worship services had not been held for 20 years, and re-established regular worship. 2. Reconnecting with Lost Villages: Visited people in six villages whose connections with the church had been lost many years ago and encouraged them to return to worship and participate in church activities. Conducted house visits in 32 villages and held worship services in 16 villages. 3. Renovation and Reopening of Churches: Despite numerous challenges and difficulties, renovated the following churches, dedicated them through special consecration services, and re-established worship: - Almighty God Church, Eeswarachettipalayam - Christ the Lord Church, Kundadam - St. Peter’s Church, Semmampalayam 4. Restoration of Village Churches and Church Lands: Undertook minor renovations and restoration work at the village churches and church lands in Veruvedampalayam, Pudhu Ayyappan Naickenpalayam, and Eragampatti, thereby helping to reclaim and revive these church properties. 5. Baptism and Confirmation: Administered Holy Baptism to more than 90 individuals and conducted confirmation services for 45 individuals.

Construction of a New Parsonage - Mobilized and united the congregation to initiate the construction of a new parsonage, encouraging collective participation and support for this important ministry initiative. 2. House Visitation Ministry at Panjappur - Initiated house visitation ministry at the Panjappur missionary station to reach out to families, build relationships, provide pastoral care, and strengthen their faith.

Gospel Ministry and Career Guidance: Visited various schools under the Diocese and conducted gospel ministry, psychological counselling, and career guidance sessions for students in Classes XI and XII, helping them grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically while guiding them towards their future careers. 2. Youth Fellowship and Sports Ministry: Organised cricket tournaments for young men and throwball tournaments for young women across the Diocese. Conducted camps to foster friendship, fellowship, and sportsmanship among young people, encouraging them to live as witnesses to Christ through their lives and actions. 3. Spiritual Growth of Diocesan Youth: Participated in Diocesan Council of Churches (DCC)-level youth meetings and supported initiatives aimed at strengthening the spiritual growth and faith of young people. 4. Diocesan-Level Youth Conference: Brought people together to organise a diocesan-level youth conference, encouraging young people to turn away from sin, return to Christ, renew their faith, and commit themselves to living a Christ-centred life. 5 Digital Evangelism and Daily Spiritual Encouragement: Used social media platforms to share the Gospel and undertook a ministry of sending daily faith-building reflections and Bible verses through WhatsApp to encourage and strengthen people's faith. 6. Online Bible Study: Conducted online Bible study sessions to help young people gain spiritual clarity, deepen their understanding of Christian faith, and develop the habit of reading and studying the Scriptures regularly.
